1. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download and use the App on your device for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with this Agreement.
2. Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the App except as permitted by law.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
- Use the App for unlawful purposes or in violation of applicable laws.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
DeepSchool offers auto-renewable subscriptions. By purchasing a subscription, you agree that:
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID/Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You may manage or cancel your subscription in your account settings after purchase.
- Any unused portion of a free trial period (if offered) will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
4. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
5. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate this Agreement.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rigomo shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
